What that warning is saying is two things. One if you have Microsoft word open or some other program and you end its task any unsaved work will be lost. And two if you end task on something important it "could" make the system unstable. But 99% of the time the process will just start itself again if its important. Yes. The process will not be given the chance to save its state or data before it is terminated. Are you sure want to terminate the process?
